All you need is a program that acts like a Peer to Peer download, you can download:
Utorrent - http://utorrent.com/download.php
BitComet - http://www.bitcomet.com/doc/download.htm
I found that utorrent is the best program to use. But were all different.
Search for your torrent, at isohunt.com or do a good old google search.
